Yellow Tea has a long tradition in China. Cultivation, harvest and production have been a privilege of buddhist monks for a long time. It is invigorating for the whole body and most of all stimulating for the digestive system. Only the youngest leaf buds are used in the production of this tea. The cup is golden yellow, the slightly sweet taste is reminiscent of chestnuts and nuts.
