March – Pomegranate

Spring is imminent; the first harbingers are already appearing. So why still worry about defence and the immune system? 

The strong fluctuations in temperature at the beginning of spring are stressful. The sunshine is tempting; you want to wear lighter clothes again at last, but it is actually still too cold for that. You can't resist your spring fever and do it, anyway. Unfortunately, this will soon be followed by a cold. Unless, of course, we are as fit as a fiddle; in that case, our body might sometimes forgive us for wearing a T-shirt even though the weather was still a little too chilly.

However, how do you keep your body fit? We have a few useful tips for you, and also an amazing tea, of course:

Tip 1: Go outdoors and enjoy the fresh air and the sunshine. You do not have to run a marathon straight away; an extended leisurely walk is already very beneficial. Take a jacket, though!

Tip 2: Make sure that you get plenty of nutrients and minerals. A health-conscious, well-balanced and above all varied diet that includes all of the fresh variety available in spring replenishes our stores.

Tip 3: Drink plenty! Of course, you should mainly drink water. However, if you want to kill two birds with one stone and also fancy a hot drink for a change, you should make yourself a cup of our Pomegranate natural with vitamin C & zinc tea.
