December – Fruit Melange Orange Cinnamon
The iconic seasonal drink as a tea
There is a heart-warming old German black and white film, based on the novel of the same name, called Die Feuerzangenbowle – a flambéed winter punch – where one of the protagonists describes its effects like this:
"A flambéed winter punch (…) touches you. It wraps itself around your soul like a soft and warm blanket; you become less earthbound, and your mind pleasantly hazy and foggy."
The comforting taste of fine Christmas spices and fruit simply creates a very special atmosphere. We have turned this pleasurable feeling into a tea we are certain will define the month of December.
This is the Advent season; a time dedicated to looking forward to Christmas, of wonderful traditions and customs that are interpreted a little bit differently in each family. Yet all of them have something in common: they make us get together, happy and give us a feeling of home.

Our Orange Cinnamon is a fruit melange the whole family will enjoy. It goes perfectly with biscuits, gingerbread and stollen. It's also a great Christmas stocking filler, and is the perfect non-alcoholic mulled wine or Christmas party alternative, and ideal for a cosy winter's evening. Its glowing colour once poured ensures that it look great served in a glass jug decorated with orange slices and cinnamon sticks. Its fragrance will put everyone in a wonderful Christmas mood no one will be able to resist.
