February – Fruit Melange Raspberry

Opinions differ when it comes to Valentine's Day. Many couples literally look forward to this day with mounting excitement; whilst others, and particularly those who are single, tend to be irritated by the romance overload. However, there's a new trend on the horizon. Valentine's Day is increasingly becoming associated with friendship. In the USA, it has long since been celebrated in all directions, and even the youngest diligently give little cards and flowers to their friends and classmates.
In Europe, many people now also not only send their loved one a greeting to show their appreciation, but also their best friend, a colleague or a family member. People use this opportunity to write a few kind words, send someone a small gift or suggest meeting up, which is where tea comes into it, at the latest, as it definitely has a social component that is reflected in various traditions. In Germany, the people who lived in the northern region of East Frisia are the best example; they immediately offer a cup of tea to anyone who calls at their house, even if it is just the postman- or woman.

Why not follow their example, at least during the month of love, February? Also, a comforting hot cup of tea with a fruity-sweet fragrance is the perfect invitation to take a short break, or a long overdue meeting.
