YUZU
An extraordinary citrus fruit
No, this funny-looking, seed-filled fruit is not a deformed lemon or a discoloured orange. It is an exotic citrus fruit from Japan which you ought to have on your radar.

The yuzu, which is about the size of a mandarin, is grown primarily in Japan, Korea and China.
