Apple strudel
punch

Ingredients for 4 glasses

1 l boiling water
8 tsp Apple Pie Tea
  a little butter
  brown sugar to taste 
200 g whipped cream, beaten
  Cinnamon to sprinkle 
2 apples

Preparation

Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 8-10 minutes.

Cut the apples into small pieces and caramelize them in a pan with brown sugar and the butter.

Put the tea in the glasses and add 1-2 tablespoons of apple pieces. Before serving, spread the whipped cream on the glasses as a bonnet and sprinkle with cinnamon.
