BREAD
WITH OOLONG TEA
for 2 loaves of bread
| 3 tbsp. | Roasted Sesame |
| 500 ml | water |
| 500 g | wheat flour |
| 500 g | rye flour, ground |
| 250 ml | kefir |
| 4 tsp. | salt |
| 12 g | dry yeast |
Zubereitung | 1 | Heat water to 80 °C, pour Oolong Gerösteter Sesam into a vessel and infuse for 10 minutes. | | 2 | Knead all the ingredients into a homogeneous dough with the cooled and strained tea infusion. | | 3 | Leave the dough to rise for two hours. Then knead it again and put it into two bread tins. | | 4 | Leave it to rise in the oven for 30 minutes at 50 °C.
