Family punch 
melon and mint

for 6 portions / glasses

2 tbsp. Fruit Melange Florapharm® Melon Mint mild
400 ml water
1 watermelon
1.2 l ginger ale, lemonade or tonic water (well chilled)
3-4 mint twigs (to taste)
500 g ice cubes
1.2 l mineral water (sparkling, well chilled)
2 organic lemons (optional)
For the garnish: anything from the garden or the market
   

Preparation

1 Heat the water to 100 °C. Add the tea and infuse for 8–10 minutes,
then leave the tea to cool.

Cut the melon open however you wish, core it and scoop out
little balls from its flesh.

Mix the tea with the desired soft drink and top it up with the mineral water to taste.

Fill the hollowed out watermelon with some ice cubes and fill the whole thing with the tea, then garnish it with a few pieces of fruit. Finished!
