Family punch
melon and mint
for 6 portions / glasses
2 tbsp. | Fruit Melange Florapharm® Melon Mint mild |
400 ml | water |
1 | watermelon |
1.2 l | ginger ale, lemonade or tonic water (well chilled) |
3-4 | mint twigs (to taste) |
500 g | ice cubes |
1.2 l | mineral water (sparkling, well chilled) |
2 | organic lemons (optional) |
For the garnish: | anything from the garden or the market |

Preparation 1 | Heat the water to 100 °C. Add the tea and infuse for 8–10 minutes, then leave the tea to cool. | 2 | Cut the melon open however you wish, core it and scoop out little balls from its flesh. | 3 | Mix the tea with the desired soft drink and top it up with the mineral water to taste. | 4 | Fill the hollowed out watermelon with some ice cubes and fill the whole thing with the tea, then garnish it with a few pieces of fruit.
