Fire Tongs Punch and-
pear compote

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 l  boiling water
8 tsp Orange Cinnamon natural
3 pears
3 tsp sugar

Preparation

Infuse the tea with boiling water and add sugar.

Peel and slice the pears, remove the core.

Then boil the pears in a pan with the tea until the pears are soft, but they still have bite. Then leave the compote to steep.

To serve, put the compote in bowls.

Tip: Can also enhance rice pudding or ice cream.
