Grilled meat
with Smoke Tea flavor

Ingredients for 6 servings

1 l boiling water
20-25 g Smoke Tea
6 steakes as you wish
  Salt, pepper, oil

Preparation

Infuse the smoked tea with boiling water and leave to brew for 5 min. Leave the tea to cool and then put the steaks in the tea overnight.

Remove the steaks from the broth, season them with salt & pepper and brush them with oil.

Then it’s off to the grill and you will have tender steaks with a hearty smoked tea flavor.
