HOMEMADE
MANGO LASSI
for 4 portions / glasses
2 tbsp. | Mango Carrot |
250 ml | water |
1 | Mango |
300 g | natural yoghurt (1.5 %) |
1 tbsp. | brown sugar |
1 tsp. | turmeric |
2 tbsp. | lemon juice |
1 tsp. | rosewater (if available) |
1 pinch | of salt |
Preparation 1 | Heat the water to 100 °C, add the Fruit Melange Mango Carott. Infuse for 8-10 minutes. Allow the tea to cool. | 2 | Chop the mango into small pieces and puree it with yoghurt, brown sugar, turmeric and lemon juice. | 3 | Mix in the well cooled tea infusion.
