HOMEMADE
MANGO LASSI

for 4 portions / glasses

2 tbsp. Mango Carrot
250 ml water
1 Mango
300 g natural yoghurt (1.5 %)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp.  rosewater (if available)
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Heat the water to 100 °C, add the Fruit Melange Mango Carott. Infuse for 8-10 minutes. Allow the tea to cool.

2 Chop the mango into small pieces and puree it with yoghurt, brown sugar, turmeric and lemon juice.

Mix in the well cooled tea infusion. If available and desired, add rose water to taste. Finished.

Pour into glasses and enjoy with a straw.
