| 230 g | flour |
| 1 | egg |
| 200 ml | of boiling water |
| 30 g | Tropical Sky® |
| 100 g | sugar |
| 1 pck. | vanilla sugar |
| 1 pck. | baking soda |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 75 g | butter |
| 1 can | mandarins |
Preparation | 1 | Grease the ring cake molds (alternatively a muffin baking tray). Preheat oven to 175ºC top / bottom heat. | | 2 | Add 200 ml boiling water to the Tropical Sky tea and leave it to brew for 10 minutes. | | 3 | Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter and salt until it is fluffy. Add the flour and the baking soda. | | 4 | Then stir in the Tropical Sky tea. Smaller lumps can be ignored because they dissolve nduring the baking process. | | 5 | Add the mandarins and fold in with the spatula. | | 6 | Distribute the dough evenly across the ring cake moldsn with two tablespoons.
