MINI BUNDT CAKE À LA 
TROPICAL SKY®

12 cakes

230 g flour
1 egg
200 ml of boiling water
30 g Tropical Sky®
100 g sugar
1 pck. vanilla sugar
1 pck. baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
75 g butter
1 can mandarins

Preparation

Grease the ring cake molds (alternatively a muffin baking tray). Preheat oven to 175ºC top / bottom heat.

Add 200 ml boiling water to the Tropical Sky tea and leave it to brew for 10 minutes.

Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter and salt until it is fluffy. Add the flour and the baking soda.

Then stir in the Tropical Sky tea. Smaller lumps can be ignored because they dissolve nduring the baking process.

Add the mandarins and fold in with the spatula.

Distribute the dough evenly across the ring cake moldsn with two tablespoons. Bake in the oven on the medium rack for 20-25 minutes.
